K93 Series High-Speed Wedge Bar Through Hole Power Chucks

 All the components used in the K93 series are made of quality alloy steel, properly heat-treated. Key elements are machined on high precision equipments and advanced special equipments This results in a line of high-speed, high-speed, high-precision, high clamping force, durability and a quick jaw-change system.

  These chucks can be supplied with solid or two-piece jaws   ( including base jaws, hardened and soft top jaws ) to meet the need of the different users.

  The principle of K93 series chucks: through the draw pipe ,high-speed thru-hole rotary hydraulic cylinder makes piston move .This in turn moves tangential wedge bars by means of the engagement of the shoulder wedges on piston with the angled recesses in wedge bars. The wedge bars then move baes jaws rapidly to effect clamping or unclamping when their teeth are constantly in meth. With a special hexagon key inserted into each cam bolt and rotated clockwise, this disengages the wedge bar with the base jaw which an then be either moved or exchanged quickly. Because all the force areas are designed to be surface-contact, these chucks are extremely good at resisting deformation and keeping accuracy.
