P21 Series Tandem Rotating Pneumatic Cylinders

rhc-p21.JPG (8652 bytes) This series is complementary to the K51 series wedge type power chucks. It uses a dual-piston construction.

Although compact in size , it delivers large pulling force reliably. The main components are made of aluminum alloy to reduce weight and speed up power delivery, so as to minimize the burden at the rear of the spindle. Lubrication is easy because its pneumatic valve is fitted with roller bearings.

This tandem pneumatic cylinder can also be used with other clamping tools.

P22150 Rotating Hydraulic Cylinders

It is remarkable for its small volume, light weight, it’s the ideal power source for general lathe and economic NC (numerical control ) lathe.

P23 Series Rotating Hydraulic Cylinders With Through Hole

This series cylinders possess large thru-hole to accept bar-shaped workpieces, suitable for higher rotation. It is the ideal power source for NC/CNC and economic NC lathes.

Note:

The piston rod, with the thread on front end, can be screwed into the draw tube directly. A auxiliary device of stroked-monitoring limit switch can also be fixed in the thread on the rear end of piston rod.

The supply hose should beФ12mm, refer to straight thread connector, the drain line should beФ12mm transparent plastic hose.

Coolant Collector (Additional Punching Parts)

This component is used with P23 cylinder, fitted at the cylinder's end to collect cutting-water. A control device may be equipped , and its locus should be adjusted according to stroke and the dog's place at the end of the piston. The collector is composed of collecting-water-cover, upper-cover, end-cover, connecting-pipe, stroke-control-device's dog ect.
