K72¿Ú/¿Úseries four- jaw independent chucks are of the direct mounting type and can be directly joined to the spindle nose of the machine tool featuring reliable accuracy, nice rigidity, short overhung and rapid changeover etc. This series can be joined to the machine tool spindle nose in three ways A2, C and D forms. The specifications meet GB5900.1-GB5900.3(ISO-702)standard

K12 Series Four-Jaw Self-Centering Chucks

 K12 chucks are suitable for use in processing a large quantity of square work pieces and eight-edged work pieces. They are remarkable for their automatic centering and quick clamping .The structure parameters of these chucks are much the same as those of K11 three-jaw self-centering chucks.

K62 Series Four-Jaw Combination chucks

K62 series chucks are characterized by high accuracy for gripping repeatability. Therefore, it is very helpful in mass processing of irregular shape work pieces. Because there is no need for repetitive adjustment, this saves time to enhance productivity.

K66 Series Four-Jaw Combination chucks for Pipe Machining

this combination chucks for pipe machining are specially designed for pipe lathes and tube-cutting machine tools. These are of big size and power-operated types and are usually used in pairs-one in front and the other behind the spindle of the machine. The chucks are available as independent and non-independent types.

They are driven by the gears on the machine tool and on the chucks, to achieve a self-centering clamping (front and rear chucks are threaded in opposite directions). It is also possible to use the top jaws' threading to make minor adjustments to any single jaw. By using the chucks in pairs, the loading capacity and the cutting torsion are increased. The chucks have large-diameter, thru-holes and large clamping ranges, and feature steady gripping and easy operation. They are specially suitable for processing threading and cutting on heavy tubes, making them ideal for use in the petroleum, chemical and geological fields. For processing thin-walled tubes and special tubes, we can also supply specially made combination chucks with special types of jaws.

On the user's requirements to match their machine tools we are ready for improving and redesigning our chucks to offer better service. According to the connection form with machine tool spindle nose, these chucks are divided into thread mounting and direct mounting type.
